Enhanced Exposure

This site has thousands of tenant buyers registered for the auto notify feature. This means that the moment a lease purchase property is listed in their area they will be notified via email and will come look.

If you want to get enhanced exposure over other properties, you have two options: visibility changes and priority ranking changes.

Visibility Enhancements
You can bold your ad for an additional $3, or you can bold your ad and make it red for $5 extra.

Priority Rankings
If there are many lease purchase ads in your part of town, it will make sense to get priority and move up the list so that your property will be seen first. There are three levels of lease purchase ad priority: Bronze, silver and gold. Bronze is $3, Silver is $5, and Gold is $10 additional.

Priority ranking is not necessary if there are 5 listings or less in your town as all properties will be visible without the viewer having to scroll down. Properties will be ranked from top to bottom based on their priority ranking.
