They can check their credit for free, they can read articles on how a lease purchase works, they can get mortgage pre-approvals, they can sign up for credit repair, in short, everything they need to do to qualify to buy your house is available on this site. This causes them to come back again and again of course and to tell their friends about it.
4. We typically see 600 or more tenant buyer visits a day, and are confident that you will relist with us again and again.
5. We are more focused than the more well known names currently offering listing services. They are strong in rentals, and weak in lease purchase homes. We are very strong in lease purchase homes as that is the only service we offer.
